Clinical Orientation

At the heart of my practice is an unwavering belief in your inherent worth and capacity for growth. I offer unconditional positive regard, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or expectation. My work is guided by deep compassion and the understanding that you are the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your authentic self and innate wisdom.

I practice from a humanistic and experiential foundation, trusting that healing happens not through “fixing,” but through cultivating awareness, presence, and self-compassion. Together, we'll explore your lived experience in the here-and-now, paying attention not only to your thoughts and feelings, but also to what your body is telling you. Our work honors the mind-body connection, recognizing that emotions live in the body and that somatic awareness is essential to genuine transformation.

Therapy with me is a collaborative journey of discovery. I create a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your inner world, examine patterns that no longer serve you, and experiment with new ways of being. While I'm deeply rooted in humanistic and experiential approaches, I also integrate cognitive-behavioral tools when helpful, always in service of your goals and values.

I believe that you have everything you need within you to create meaningful change. My commitment is to provide the supportive, authentic relationship that allows your natural healing and growth to unfold. Whether you're seeking to understand yourself more deeply, heal from past wounds, navigate life's challenges, or simply feel more alive and present in your life, I'm honored to be part of your journey.

Insurance:

My humanistic approach focuses on growth rather than deficits, which doesn't always align with insurance-based models. I accept self-pay and provide superbills for potential reimbursement, but do not bill insurance directly at this time.

No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost as a provision of the No Surprises Act.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using their insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You will be provided a Good Faith Estimate prior to any services being rendered.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
